This may not be the biggest cabin in the woods but it is sure one of the nicest. At under 400 sq/ft, it qualifies as a “tiny house” that is so popular these days. Because of the open floor plan, the light color of the tongue and groove interior, the skylight, the open beam ceiling, and the many windows, this cabin seems a lot bigger; not to mention the light and “airy” atmosphere inside. There is a covered front porch that is perfect for relaxing on. The kitchen has been upgraded. (You should see the BEFORE pictures!) The door and cabinet handles look like they were made from deer antlers. (They are probably not real antlers, so no deer harmed in the remodel of this kitchen). The bathroom currently has an RV style toilet as it uses less water and does not have the same problem of freezing in the winter like a conventional toilet. Cabin owners have been known to replace them with a conventional toilet. Cabin will come mostly furnished complete with a nice recliner and a LaZboy hide-a-bed. There are no electric lines to get in the way of your view as the lines are buried underground. I think you will fall in love with this one, if you haven’t done so already. Cabin is on Forest Service leased land. Forest Service has inspected and cleared this cabin to close. There is a yearly lease fee.
