Architecture enthusiasts, here is your chance to own a piece of Los Angeles history in the ‘Montecito Drive Residential Historic District’. This 1964 platform house designed by Architect John Pugsley and Richard Kearney is classified as a ‘possible contributor’ to the historic district.
